Returns and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with a product please contact us before proceeding to the return. You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. Please give us relevant information about the return and the reason for complaint. Shipping costs on returns will be at your own expense.
The product must be unused and in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded.
The 14-day eligible returns window starts from the day you receive your package from us, and ends on the day you post the package back to us. Returns arriving with a postmark outside of the 30-day eligibility window will not qualify for a refund. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
You will receive an email confirmation from us once your return has been received and processed.
eligible returns are refunded within up to 24 hours that we receive the parcel, but funds may be subject to standard bank processing times before appearing in your account.
If you wish to switch to another product please send us an e-mail telling us which product you want instead. In case of custom orders keep in mind that they take extra time and different design thought only for you. Custom orders will not be returned.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
